Call Trace
This feature will allow you to trace an obscene or harassing phone call. The trace report will be sent to your telephone company's annoyance call center.

To use this service dial:

*57 (or 1157 on a rotary phone)

Helpful Hints:

1. This feature will ONLY trace the last number that called you. If you need to trace a call, do it right away!
2. This feature is mostly provided on a pay-per-use basis (the average charge is arounf $7) however some telephone companies will offer you the option to bundle it with a phone plan (i.e BellSouth® Complete Choice Enhanced).
3. Your telephone company will NOT share the details of this report with you. They will only release the report to Law Enforcement. If you feel threatened, or wish to persue legal action call your local police and let them know what is going on. They will be the ones to work with your telephone company's annoyance call center to resolve the issue.
